Longue-Pointe Consolidated General Depot

The Longue‑Pointe Consolidated General Depot serves Eastern Canada. It includes a receiving and sending area, a storage area for hazardous materials, a storage area over 21 metres high, as well as offices and a cafeteria.

It was built as part of a public‑private partnership with the Department of National Defence of Canada. With an area of over 600,000 square feet, the building was developed according to the specific standards of the Department of National Defence, both in terms of safety and operational efficiency.

AXOR owns the asset and has assumed responsibility for all stages of the project development and financing.
