Mascouche Arena

The 75,000 square feet building houses two ice rinks with a total capacity of 540 seats. The sports complex features a restaurant and a bar which offers views on both ice rinks, administrative offices for the city and their associations, a pro shop, and an infirmary.

Carried out as part of a public‑private partnership, AXOR has assumed responsibility for all stages of the development and financing of the project.

The main challenge was to find mitigating measures for the other adjacent municipal infrastructure in operation.
