Sportplexe Pierrefonds remains a benchmark sports complex in Quebec. This 131,000 square feet building offers a seating capacity of more than 2,000. The complex features three National Hockey League sized ice rinks and one Olympic size rink, a pro‑shop, a restaurant, a bar and several multifunctional and meeting rooms.

AXOR owned the asset until its sale in 2019 and assumed all stages of development and financing of the project.
