The Couche‑Tard Distribution Center was developed to meet the efficiency and productivity needs specific to one of the world’s largest convenience store chains, while reducing its distribution costs. Covering an area of 109,000 square feet, the building includes refrigeration and freezing areas and a security system adapted to Couche‑Tard’s operations, allowing with confidence the handling, grouping and transhipment of goods. Administrative offices and common areas occupy the mezzanine. Thanks to this centre, Couche‑Tard can serve its stores with a high‑end integrated service, which translates into better profitability.
